Delivery and Packing
- We can deliver your product within 7 working days.
- If you need to know the expected delivery date please contact us at admin@vertigodiamonds.com.
- Should there be a delay of more than 7 working days we will let you know and advise you of the expected arrival date.
- Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped.
- We are shipping your product FREE via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
- Once your card have been accepted and the jewellery has been dispatched we will send you the tracking number so that you can track your parcels progress at www.royalmail.com.
- Please ensure that you read and understand the terms of our return, exchange and refund. policy.
Packaging:
We believe that the presentation of our jewellery is as important as the actual jewellery itself.
Jewellery should be presented in sophisticated, luxurious packaging that adds to the glamour and mystery that surrounds a new diamond gift.
We will select one of our hand crafted leather boxes that is best suited to your particular piece of jewellery, to ensure that your gift arrives in style.
All Vertigo Diamond jewellery comes with a Vertigo Diamond Jewellery Report, giving a full description of your jewellery. We will also provide you with an insurance valuation for your diamond jewellery so that you can insure your new gift. Our valuations are always at market or high street prices.

Upgrading Your Diamonds
Should you wish after 14 days you may upgrade your diamond(s). You will only be charged the difference in price between what you paid and the cost of your new diamond(s) with no other costs!!!
How to upgrade our diamond(s):
- Log online at admin@vertigodiamonds.com or call us on 020 74054380 advising us that you wish to upgrade your diamond(s).
- Return your jewellery to us enclosing your original Vertigo Diamond Jewellery Report. To ensure safe delivery of your jewellery please use The Royal Mail Special Delivery service. It is easy to track on www.theroyalmail.com/specialdelivery and it includes insurance.
- There is no limit to the number of times you can upgrade your diamond(s) with us!!!
Our upgrade policy is:
- If your original purchase was less than £2,500 the new diamond must be worth at least £3,500.
- If your original purchase was more than £2,500 the new diamond must cost 30% higher than the original purchase.
Diamond Earrings:
- If your original purchase cost less than £800 the new diamonds must be worth at least £400 higher in value than the originally diamonds.
- If your original purchase cost more than £800 the new diamonds must be 50% higher in value than the original purchase.
Please Note:
- We will be happy to upgrade any diamond(s) with the original Vertigo Diamonds Jewellery Report.
- In some rare instances diamonds may have been damaged through daily wear. In that case your diamond(s) will still be accepted but, the cost of a re-polish will be deducted from the original price.
