Return, Exchange and Refunds
We want you to have the perfect jewellery for yourself and/or your loved one. But if it is necessary for you to return, or exchange your purchase we will do our best to make it easy and possible for you. Return Policy:
- You have 14 days to change your mind, with no questions asked as long as it is returned unworn in its original box with the original Vertigo Diamonds report and Valuations letter.
Please note that we cannot return or exchange the following:
- Ladies rings size J to Q - Gentlemen’s rings size R to W - A full or half full eternity ring(s) - Any special designer jewellery made for you (unless agreed to in writing on your order). - If you order the wrong ring size we will be happy to change it for you, the cost is £15. Please note ladies ring size J to Q and mens ring size R to W we can only make the ring bigger.
How to return item(s):
- Please send us an e-mail to admin@vertigodiamonds.com or call us on 020 7242 3239, and let us know what you are going to return or exchange (please tell us your full name and invoice number). - Return the item to us by using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. It is easy to track you delivery by logging on to www.theroyalmail.com. - Our address is Vertigo Diamonds Ltd, 3rd floor, 46 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N.
- Make sure that you send your parcel to the correct address; Vertigo Diamonds is not responsibility for an item incorrectly delivered. - Vertigo Diamonds are not responsibly for lost sent items. - Once your parcel arrives and its condition checked we will send you an e-mail.
Refunds
- The refund may take up to 10 working days. - Credit card – will be issued back on the account - Bank transfer – will be refunded via company bank.
Exchanging your item(s)
If you like to exchange your jewellery please let us know by contacting us on admin@vertigodiamonds.com or on 020 7242 3239 and let us know your full name and invoice number. Please tell us what you would like to return and what you would like to exchange your purchase for.
This will take up to 7 working days (from the date of your jewellery arriving at us). We will contact you via email once the condition of the item has been checked.
Please ensure that there is no damage to the jewellery, jewellery box, Vertigo Diamonds report and Valuations letter.
